"Rimi"[b] offers you:
- Salary 1410 - 1700 €[/b] (before taxes). Higher starting salary with similar work experience;
- Increments (after the probationary period) for achieved results up to 20% of the monthly salary are paid every month (before taxes);
- When a new store opens, employees are paid a bonus of up to 240 euros for the first 6 months (once every two months, taking into account the hours worked and the company's internal policy);
- Additional bonus for bringing and employing a friend up to 250 € (excluding taxes);
- Additional bonus for participating in the "Rimi Ambassadors" program – 85 € (excluding taxes);
- Additional health insurance (after the trial period), the value of which is up to 2950 €;
- Additional discount when shopping at Rimi stores;
- Free lunches, healthy snacks and coffee breaks.
If You:
- You are proactive, analytical and active;
- You are customer-oriented and goal-oriented;
- You have organizational and time management skills;
- You are able to develop, motivate and organize teamwork;
- You work well with a computer ("MS Office");
- You have similar work experience in retail (an advantage).
We will entrust you with:
- Organizing teamwork;
- Ensuring cash register work (money conversion, collections, orders and filling out documentation);
- Planning product layout;
- Ordering and writing off products;
- Serving customers at the cash register and maintaining the sales floor.
