We are currently looking for a company director for one of the group's companies - "Delca Auto", which manages the Polizinginiai.lt and Litcarrent brands, the main area of which is car sales and rental.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth organization and administrative management of the company's activities, forming a clear structure, processes and their efficiency;
- Manage the company's financial results: plan the budget, analyze performance indicators, make decisions that ensure profitability and sustainable growth;
- Build, develop and inspire a team, creating an organizational culture based on cooperation;
- Develop commercial activities: identify growth opportunities, expand service or product directions and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market;
- Form and implement a marketing direction, increasing the company's awareness, creating a strong brand and ensuring consistent communication in the market;
- Make strategic decisions focused on the company's long-term development and value creation.
Position requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position (commercial manager, CEO or similar roles), managing business growth and strategic processes;
- Strong commercial skills: ability to identify business development opportunities, increase sales and create long-term value for the organization;
- Experience in managing company activities and processes;
- Entrepreneurship and innovation – initiative, growth orientation, ability to see opportunities and implement them in practice;
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written), Russian is an advantage.
