Your mission
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire company, ensuring sustainable growth, efficient organization of operations, and the highest customer experience across the network.
Primary responsibilities
- Formation of business direction and implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Ensuring and continuous improvement of operational results (sales, profitability, efficiency);
- Coordination of network activities, ensuring uniform adherence to standards in all locations;
- Analysis of financial indicators, decision-making based on data;
- Making commercial decisions (assortment, pricing, offers);
- Improving customer experience and increasing loyalty;
- Optimizing internal processes and implementing digitalization initiatives;
- Strengthening the management team, delegating responsibilities and managing results;
- Cooperation with partners and developing new business opportunities.
What do we expect?
- At least 5 years of management experience (preferably in retail, HoReCa or network business);
- Demonstrated experience in growing sales and managing business development;
- Strong financial management and analytical thinking skills;
- Ability to work with multi-faceted teams and a geographically dispersed network;
- Strategic thinking and at the same time the ability to operate effectively at the operational level;
- Leadership, inspiration and team building skills;
- Result-oriented, responsible and quick decision-making;
- Excellent communication skills.
