Nature of work:
- Manage the daily operations of the company and ensure the smooth operation of the departments;
- Form and implement a business growth strategy;
- Analyze performance results, manage budget, financial indicators and KPIs;
- Initiate and implement solutions to improve business processes;
- Plan the company's development, identify new service and business development opportunities;
- Form, develop and motivate the team, coordinate personnel management processes;
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, control of administrative processes and high quality of services;
- Cooperate with the company's shareholders, prepare performance reports and provide business insights.
Requirements:
- Higher university education;
- At least 3 years of management experience (in a company manager, operations, commerce, sales or similar position);
- Experience in developing a business, increasing sales and profitability;
- Experience in managing financial indicators, budget and performance results;
- Leadership, team building and change management skills;
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Category B driver's license and the ability to periodically travel to another company unit within 160 km.
Additional requirements:
- Experience in the service sector;
- Leadership experience in healthcare, medicine or aesthetic medicine.
