About the position:
We are looking for a modern, commercially oriented Director who would like to become a leader of a new stage of growth of the company and have a real influence on the business strategy, results, team and further direction of the company.
This is a high-level management position in a manufacturing company with approximately 100 employees. The Director will work together with the company's board, take over the day-to-day management of the business and will also be responsible for the long-term business strategy.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the company and ensure the achievement of financial and operational results.
- Together with the Board, form and implement a long-term business strategy.
- Grow the company's brand and strengthen its position in the market.
- Ensure efficient production and high product quality.
- Form and manage the management team, establish clear KPIs and responsibilities.
- Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Implement a more modern model of activity planning and results monitoring.
- Assess the potential of new markets and business areas and initiate development.
What to expect:
- Solid management experience in a manufacturing company.
- Commercial thinking and orientation towards sales, profitability, market and business growth.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic goals into concrete actions and KPIs.
- Ability to build a strong team, delegate responsibilities and develop managers.
- Experience in change management and streamlining operational processes.
- Experience in the food production sector would be a significant advantage.
We offer:
- €5,000 - €6,000 net salary per month, depending on the candidate's experience;
