Primary responsibilities
We are looking for a company manager to strengthen our team in the field of high technology and aviation!
1.Implementation of a strategy that helps implement the company's growth and operational plans;
2.Organization, development and motivation of teamwork;
3.Execution of existing projects, administration, improvement of existing systems, team building;
4.Generation of business growth: you will form and implement a sales strategy, ensuring consistent growth of the company's income;
5.Search for new customers, partners and business opportunities;
6.Develop and implement strict quality and safety standards;
7.Strategically manage factory operations - production planning, quality control, logistics and supply chain, achieving productivity and efficiency;
8.Development of sales of existing products, participation in exhibitions.
