Main responsibilities:
- Systematize and optimize internal processes, implement operational efficiency solutions and ensure clear operational standards and transparency;
- Develop and implement a personnel management system (processes, structure, responsibilities), ensure effective employee recruitment, adaptation and retention and resolve daily personnel issues in accordance with German labor law;
- Represent the company in Germany, ensure compliance with legal acts, make strategic and operational decisions together with shareholders and lead the local team;
- Manage the company's finances: plan and control the budget and cash flows, ensure timely settlements, analyze indicators and make data-based decisions;
- Contribute to the company's growth: identify development opportunities, plan resources, assess operational efficiency and prepare for organizational development.
Requirements:
- Higher education in engineering, finance, management or business administration;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and German;
- Management experience (at the department or company level);
- Practical experience in creating an organizational structure, implementing and optimizing processes;
- Knowledge of the German market, labor law and business environment;
- Category B driver's license;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work with a team, motivate it and ensure effective cooperation.
- We will consider management experience in companies operating in Germany and experience in the field of construction, infrastructure or telecommunications as advantages.
