The organization is inviting a Director to join who would be responsible for further business development, implementation of strategic decisions, and shaping the organization's growth direction.
Main responsibilities and objectives:
- Develop and implement the company's strategy, set key business priorities and ensure the long-term direction of the organization.
- Take responsibility for financial and operational results, profitability and cost control.
- Translate strategic goals into specific operational plans, KPIs and priorities and ensure their implementation.
- Analyze financial and operational indicators, identify growth and efficiency opportunities and make data-based decisions.
- Review and improve business processes, strengthen operational management and initiate organizational changes.
- Develop B2B relationships, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Form, develop and empower the management team, strengthen accountability for results and a culture of collaboration.
- Cooperate with shareholders in making strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of successful experience in leading an entire business, business unit or significant division.
- Experience in strategy formulation and implementation.
- Strong financial and commercial thinking, ability to understand P&L, manage key business indicators and make decisions based on data.
- Experience in B2B business development, commercial relations, strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- Successful experience in implementing change, transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience in building and strengthening a management team and developing a culture of high responsibility and result orientation.
- Understanding of technologies, data analytics, artificial intelligence and digital business solutions at a managerial level.
- Experience in collaborating with company shareholders or the board.
