DIRECTOR

Nature of work:

  • Formation and implementation of the company's business strategy, preparation of annual business plans;
  • Identification and continuous improvement of key business indicators (turnover, margin, profitability, costs, etc.);
  • Participation in periodic shareholder meetings, presentation of business indicators;
  • Investment planning and setting and implementing development goals;
  • Smooth coordination of daily work of departments in order to ensure the functioning of processes and effective cooperation between team members;
  • Effective solution of employee attraction, retention, motivation and productivity issues;
  • Leading the administration team: raising KPIs, monitoring results, developing middle managers;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key business partners;
  • Identification and initiation of new business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education – Master’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of top-level management experience, preferably in a director or equivalent leadership position, responsible for the management and results of a large team, multiple divisions/locations, and overall operations;
  • Very good financial literacy – understanding of P&L, margins, profitability, cost structure, return on investment and the ability to make data-based decisions;
  • Experience in motivating and developing a team – delegating responsibilities, setting clear goals and evaluating results;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage many different processes and priorities;
  • Ability to constructively and promptly resolve conflict and
stressful situations;
  • Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with partners and suppliers;
  • High sense of responsibility and result orientation;
  • Experience in managing a company in the FMCG sector, managing the activities of several
locations and ensuring overall performance results is an advantage;
  • Good English language skills would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation of systems such as R-Keeper, Power BI, Storehouse would be considered an advantage.
