Job description and main functions
Our client is a modern manufacturing company engaged in the collection, processing and export of animal by-products. The company is currently looking for an experienced executive manager who could lead a manufacturing company in Latvia. The company is located near the Lithuanian border in Mažeikiai.
- Effective management and development of the manufacturing company's activities (about 50 people);
- Implementation of strategic goals, ensuring the company's growth and competitiveness;
- Team management - cooperation, motivation, development, monitoring of work efficiency indicators.
- Improvement and optimization of operational processes;
- Ensuring the implementation of production plans, proper distribution of raw materials and labor;
- Participation in budget planning;
- Preparation of performance reports for management, etc.
Requirements and benefits
- Successful managerial experience in a manufacturing company or structural units (preferably in the food industry or related field);
- Being a positive leader, able to bring a team together to achieve goals, delegate tasks and control the implementation of tasks;
- Good leadership, communication, planning and organizational skills;
- Sharp, critical thinking, ability to react quickly and make decisions, work in a team;
- High motivation to actively participate, monitor production processes, initiate and manage possible changes;
- Ability to communicate well in Russian and English; - Good computer skills;
- Driver's license.
