Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their transportation needs, provide service information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements;
- Book loads by negotiating competitive and profitable rates;
- Provide timely shipment updates to customers and brokers, maintaining clear communication throughout the transportation process;
- Follow up on leads to convert potential customers into active and strong business relationships;
- Meet sales targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatch/ sales position in US logistics;
- Experience with load boards (such as DAT);
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; lls.
