Nature of work:
- organization and planning of transport and daily routes;
- ensuring timely delivery of cargo to customers;
- assessment of route efficiency and economic efficiency;
- planning of additional routes as needed;
- daily communication with drivers and coordination of their work;
- prompt resolution of emerging situations and problems;
- systematization of information and reporting to the immediate supervisor;
- other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
We hope you:
- have at least 1 year of work experience in similar positions;
- you are familiar with logistics processes, transport route planning and are able to assess their effectiveness;
- you are able to quickly navigate the situation and make decisions;
- you work well with MS Office programs;
- you speak and write English well;
- you are responsible, attentive to details and able to plan your work;
- you are able to communicate professionally with drivers, colleagues and customers;
- you are able to remain calm and constructively resolve conflict situations;
- you have a car and the opportunity to go to work by it.
