Dispatcher (customer service department)
The main objective of the position is to ensure effective, prompt and safe customer service for the Company.
This includes timely recording and transmission of information, maintaining constant communication, quick decision-making and coordination and control of the work of the dispatch service, fleet, transport controllers and cashiers.
Main responsibilities:
Customer service: prompt, polite and helpful telephone communication with the company's customers and interested parties.
Work planning: drawing up and coordinating the work schedules of the fleet and dispatch employees.

Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Ability to analyze work processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in developing software or work tools.
- Good computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel);
- Customer service experience by phone, work organization skills;
- Foreign language skills (knowledge of Russian or English/German, ability to communicate orally);
- Ability to express thoughts clearly, fluently and correctly in writing and orally;
- Ability to make decisions quickly, responsibility, sociability.
