Position description

  • Equipment operation control: continuous monitoring of the operating parameters of technical equipment and systems, ensuring their uninterrupted, safe and effective functioning during daily work.
  • Accident and failure management: prompt response to technical failures, emergency situations or system deviations; taking initial actions and managing localization processes.
  • Communication and coordination: urgent coordination of responsible employees, emergency response services and their work, in order to restore normal equipment operations as soon as possible.
  • Prevention: recording of possible technical risks and timely transfer to the technical maintenance team, in order to avoid major production or operational losses.
  • Place of work: Birutės g. 39A, Šiauliai.
  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Work mode: cumulative accounting of working time (in shifts).

Your competences and experience

  • At least higher non-university education (or equivalent).
  • Computer literacy at the user level – Microsoft Office, web browsers, etc.
  • Ability to quickly make decisions and give instructions within the limits of one's competence, organize and control the performance of tasks.
  • Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, honesty, punctuality.
  • Know the Lithuanian language, fluently express thoughts in writing and orally.
