Nature of work
✓ Registration and transfer of received applications, reports on failures to the responsible services;
✓ Businesslike and polite communication with callers;
✓ Providing summaries of failures of electrical equipment;
✓ Planning of maintenance and emergency work and preparation of reports;
✓ Knowledge of electrical lighting network schemes and providing proposals for revision of schemes;
✓ Organization of work of emergency dispatch group brigades (elimination of accidents, emergency failures);
✓ Communication with company departments, preparation of documentation related to repair, maintenance, installation works of the lighting network.

✓ AK qualification (low voltage);
✓ Know the specifics of electrical equipment repair and maintenance;
✓ Be able to read and use diagrams of the electrical equipment being serviced;
✓ Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
