YOUR DUTIES:
Currently, UAB "Kaducėjus Cargo" is looking for a Distribution Department Manager.
YOUR DUTIES:
- Distribution of tasks to the distribution department team;
- Analysis of department indicators in order to improve the efficiency of the department's activities;
- Search for potential customers and development of the portfolio of existing customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education (preferably in the field of transport and logistics);
- At least 3 years of management experience in the field of distribution;
- Result-oriented;
- Flexibility, proactivity;
- English and Russian. Proficiency (B2 level).
