Nature of work

A large logistics company No Limit Sp. z o.o. is looking for a full-time employee.

Work from Monday to Friday;
Communication with drivers;
Control of drivers;
Preparation of documents;
Supervision of warehouse work;
Preparation of reports and sending them to the Polish branch.
Organize cargo distribution in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and coordinate local transport cargo transportation.
Coordination of the effective work of the subcontractor fleet;
Analysis of activities, financial results, KPI, ensuring the effective work of the department;
Monitoring the market, analysis of its needs and changes;

English language skills - min. B1;
Polish language skills - an advantage;
Work experience in the field of transport management - from 6 months;
Ability to respond quickly to emerging problems;
Ability to work in a team;
Driver's license category B;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Communicative skills.
Customer and results-oriented, receptive, positive and striving for improvement;
Ability to work individually and in a team;
Good skills with Excel and specialized transport programs and freight exchanges;
