Nature of work
A large logistics company No Limit Sp. z o.o. is looking for a full-time employee.
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Communication with drivers;
- Control of drivers;
- Preparation of documents;
- Supervision of warehouse work;
- Preparation of reports and sending them to the Polish branch.
- Organize cargo distribution in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and coordinate local transport cargo transportation.
- Coordination of the effective work of the subcontractor fleet;
- Analysis of activities, financial results, KPI, ensuring the effective work of the department;
- Monitoring the market, analysis of its needs and changes;
Employee requirements
- English language skills - min. B1;
- Polish language skills - an advantage;
- Work experience in the field of transport management - from 6 months;
- Ability to respond quickly to emerging problems;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Driver's license category B;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Communicative skills.
- Customer and results-oriented, receptive, positive and striving for improvement;
- Ability to work individually and in a team;
- Good skills with Excel and specialized transport programs and freight exchanges;
