About the position:
We are looking for a creative leader who not only understands good design, but also is able to help the team create visual solutions that meet the brand's goals. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing the work of the designer-layout team, supporting the creative direction and ensuring a high-quality result.
Your main responsibilities:
To mobilize, inspire and organize the work of the designer-layout team.
To ensure a smooth creative process - from the idea and brief to the final result.
To evaluate the visual solutions being created, ensure their quality and consistency.
To provide constructive, reasoned feedback and help the team grow.
To plan team priorities, distribute tasks and ensure a balanced workload.
To cooperate closely with marketing, project and other business teams, finding the best creative solutions.
To improve design processes and look for more efficient ways of working.
To plan the implementation of campaigns, publications and other visual communication projects.

We hope you:
- You have experience in the field of design or working with design teams.
- You have a strong aesthetic sense and excellent visual taste.
- You are able to see not only the details, but also the overall creative direction and brand integrity.
- You know how to reason and evaluate creative solutions and provide inspiring, clear feedback.
- You are able to balance creativity with planning, priorities and deadlines.
- You have experience in coordinating projects or leading a team.
- You are proactive, curious about innovations and are constantly looking for better solutions.
- You easily collaborate with different teams and create a positive working atmosphere.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
- You are interested in artificial intelligence tools and see the possibilities of their application in the creative process.
- Experience with Jira is an advantage.
