Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Identity Development

Form and develop the creative direction of the organization and contribute to the development of communication and identity strategies.
Ensure the consistency of the organization's visual stylistics and communication principles across various channels and tools.
Integrate creative solutions into the organization's projects, initiatives and environments.
Supervise the implementation of visual communication solutions across different communication channels.

Implementation of creative projects and initiatives

Participate in planning and implementing communication initiatives in the Baltic States - from idea to final result.
Coordinate the creative direction of various communication projects and ensure their quality.
Contribute to the creative content creation processes and their supervision.

Team and partner management

Coordinate the work of the creative team, ensuring the quality of work and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with external creative partners in developing project concepts and implementing solutions.

Planning and operational efficiency

Plan team activities, set priorities and manage the operational budget.
Organize market and communication efficiency assessment initiatives together with partners.

Participation in organizational initiatives

Actively engage in other creative and communication initiatives of the organization.

Requirements:

Experience in communication, marketing or creative work with strategic projects and teams.
Ability to shape and implement a visual communication direction.
Experience in developing the identity of an organization or project.
Higher education in management, communication, marketing or a related field.
Team coordination and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibility, independence and result orientation.
