While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Professional customer service in the salon, advice on furniture design, color combinations, style and choice of furniture materials;
- Performing visualizations and their administration according to customer needs;
- Administration of orders from external, production and internal employees of the group of companies;
- Administration of e-mail, social media inquiries, calls and the app;
- Knowledge of the company's products, constant interest in innovations and market trends;
- Maintaining cleanliness, order and an inspiring aesthetic and tidy environment in the design salon.
We believe that you would be best suited for this position if you have:
- More than 2 years of successful experience in customer service (sales experience is a big advantage);
- Higher or higher education (in the field of design, management or woodworking – an advantage);
- Empathy, responsibility, diligence, punctuality and the ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Good computer literacy skills (knowledge of accounting programs, such as Navision, is an advantage);
- Technical knowledge of furniture constructions and materials (an advantage).
