Monthly salary: €2,040.00 - €3,060.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Register documents, direct them to responsible employees / send them to recipients
- Check documents for compliance with legal requirements
- Provide information and consult on document management and archiving issues
- Analyze document management and archiving processes and make proposals for their improvement
- Initiate changes, extensions or termination of contracts, control their implementation
- Ensure document storage, form files and transfer them to the archive
- Prepare a documentation plan and internal acts regulating archiving
- Provide information about documents (cases) stored in the external supplier's storage, issue archival files, documents, their copies, fill out the document issuance and return registration log
What do we expect?
- Higher education (an advantage - in the fields of business administration or archival sciences)
- Similar work experience
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating document management knowledge
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's own and team's work
- Analytical thinking: ability to systematize information, identify areas for improvement, provide proposals and conclusions
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Initiative, responsibility, result and customer orientation
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating public procurement would be an advantage
