Do you want to become part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team that provides opportunities for professional and personal development? Currently, Global Pack Group is inviting a Document Management Specialist to join its team in Telšiai.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Administer processes related to incoming and outgoing documents, in collaboration with customers, suppliers, laboratories and internal company departments.
- Monitor document expiration dates and ensure that they are reviewed, updated and properly administered in a timely manner.
- Administer and maintain the document management system, ensuring smooth document management and control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that documentation, testing and compliance processes are implemented in a timely manner.
- Coordinate product sample testing: submit samples to laboratories as needed, track testing progress, analyze results and review test reports.
- Follow the latest IKEA requirements and other relevant legislation, standards and customer requirements and ensure their implementation.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education in engineering or technical understanding.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Independence and ability to work effectively within deadlines.
- Responsible approach to compliance, conformity and documentation accuracy.
- Experience working with furniture fittings, fasteners, packaging or quality documentation would be an advantage.
