- Management of information flows, its routing to responsible persons
- Cooperation with other structural units of the company, in order to ensure the efficiency of document management processes
- Organization of meetings, assemblies, sessions
- Administration of the training organization process
- Preparation and organization of internal information distribution in the company
- Office administration and supervision
- Selection of representational means and resource management
Employee requirements
- Experience in document management and office administration
- Higher education (preferably in information management, administration or similar field)
- Ability to effectively solve problems and work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 365)
- Category B driver's license
