What will you do at UniCall?
- You will receive calls from DPD customers;
- You will consult customers by phone and help them in various situations;
- Work 0.5 full-time.
What do we expect from you?
- Ability to provide pleasant and high-quality customer service;
- Quick orientation;
- Good computer skills;
- Fluent Lithuanian;
- Ability to communicate in English, Russian (at least one of them is an advantage);
- Ability to work on weekdays in the evenings (from 18:00 to 22:00) (II-III evenings per week) + every second weekend during the day (09:00-21:00), ability to work on holidays (09:00-20:00)
