APPAREL PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIST / PRODUCTION MANAGER

We provide comprehensive services for the creation and production of clothing collections - from design, construction and pattern preparation to sewing the final product. Production technology and product preparation

• Development, selection and optimization of garment sewing technological processes.
• Preparation of new models for production, determination of technological operations and their sequence.
• Preparation of technological documentation, operation descriptions and production instructions.
• Evaluation of sample products, improvement and adaptation of technological solutions for serial production.
• Selection of suitable sewing methods, equipment and technological solutions.

Production organization and management

• Daily organization and supervision of the work of a team of 12 tailors.
• Distribution of production tasks to employees, taking into account their competencies and production priorities.
• Drawing up production plans, control of deadlines and order execution.
• Workload distribution and production capacity planning.
• Identification and prompt resolution of production disruptions.
• Consulting employees on technological issues and ensuring the quality of their work.

Production pricing and efficiency

• Determination of working time norms for sewing operations.
• Calculation of production prices based on product complexity, number of operations and labor costs.
• Calculation and analysis of production costs.
• Comparison of actual labor costs with established norms.
• Monitoring production productivity and increasing efficiency.
• Control of material usage, reduction of losses and defects.

Quality assurance

• Setting quality standards and monitoring their compliance.
• Intermediate and final product quality control.
• Analysis of the causes of sewing defects and implementation of preventive solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with production technology and quality requirements.

• Higher or vocational education in clothing technology, textiles or similar field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of clothing production technology.
• Good knowledge of clothing construction principles, sewing technologies, materials and production processes.
• Ability to read patterns, technical drawings and technological documentation.
• Experience in determining working time standards for sewing operations and calculating production prices.
• Ability to plan production, distribute work and control deadlines.
• Ability to independently make technological and organizational decisions.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel.
• Responsibility, organization, accuracy and ability to work in a team.
