Insurance Broker Assistant

This position is not an ordinary administrator's job. It is a starting point for the insurance broker profession. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow: they will start by helping an experienced broker, become an independent broker, and in the future - one of the key people in the company.

Assist an experienced broker in daily work with clients;
Administer and monitor insurance contracts from start to finish;
Prepare offers and process insurance-related documents;
Maintain contact with clients and insurers;
Learn the broker's craft up close and gradually take over an independent client portfolio.

1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, insurance or sales;
Diligence and ability to deal with small details and documents;
Good communication skills and desire to work with clients;
Most importantly, an internal desire to grow to the point of becoming a broker and beyond!

Salary 1,000–2,000 € (cash);
