Your responsibilities
Consult clients and develop insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each company;
Attract new clients in the carrier segment and strengthen existing relationships;
Negotiate with insurers to ensure the best possible conditions;
Administer and supervise insurance contracts from start to finish;
Monitor the market and offer clients better solutions even before they ask.

What are we hoping for
5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage;
Real and already working relationships with insurers;
Deep knowledge of insurance products and the market;
Excellent negotiation and sales skills and the ability to understand what the client really needs;
Willingness to work for results, not a fixed salary;
Experience working with logistics / transport companies.

What we offer
Salary without a cap: base salary 1,500–5,000 euros (net) + sales commission;
All the tools you need for work: car, computer, phone (You say what you need, and we say - it will be provided!);
Hybrid work model: office in Vilnius, but you can work from wherever you want;
