Our insurance broker services team is looking for a broker to join the Vilnius team. In this position, you will be responsible for active sales of insurance products, contract administration, cooperate with company departments and improve processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- You will actively sell insurance products – you will call existing clients according to the company's database, attract new clients and process inquiries from intermediaries.
- You will administer insurance contracts – you will conclude contracts, prepare reports according to the established form, check information and maintain the database.
- You will monitor insurance terms – you will control the validity of the company's vehicle insurance policies and transfer information to the responsible employee in a timely manner.
- You will serve customers – you will maintain contact with clients, consult them and help resolve insurance-related issues.
- You will analyze the insurance market – you will monitor market changes and make proposals for additional sales opportunities.
- You will cooperate with company departments – you will work closely with insurance, leasing and other departments to ensure the smooth running of processes.
- You will administer insurance claims – you will contribute to the preparation and submission of road accident loss documents to insurance companies as needed.
- Coordinate additional insurance services – organize the preparation of real estate and other types of insurance policies and issue invoices as needed.
- Participate in projects – contribute to insurance and leasing product development initiatives and sales promotion activities.
- Follow internal procedures – work in accordance with the programs, policies and standards of conduct established by the company.
- Participate in company events – participate in training, internal events and marketing campaigns as needed.
- Improve processes and contribute to their maintenance – provide initiatives to improve operational efficiency and replace colleagues during their vacations.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, we expect you to:
- Have strong sales skills.
- Have a broker's license (this would be a great advantage).
- Have accumulated work experience in the field of insurance services (a great advantage).
- Able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
- Have good English and are confident working with a computer.
- Are result-oriented, proactive, active and responsible.
