We are looking for an experienced insurance professional who has good knowledge of the Lithuanian insurance market, has experience in the field of transport and commercial property insurance and is willing to actively contribute to the development of Sparta's operations in Lithuania.

Employee requirements
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of work experience in insurance brokerage or the insurance sector;
- A valid license to conduct insurance brokerage activities;
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian insurance market;
- Independence, responsibility and excellent negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
