The “Perlo Draudimas” broker team is growing, so we are looking for insurance brokers and broker assistants throughout Lithuania. Do you have a broker license? We invite you to work as a broker. Don't have a license yet? You can start as a broker assistant.

Briefly about the job:
- you will offer the client offers from not one, but several insurance companies: we work with all insurers operating in the Lithuanian market, as well as cooperate with foreign insurers;
- you will work under an open-ended employment contract;
- you can work remotely from any city in Lithuania;
- your earnings depend on you: in addition to the fixed part, a variable part is paid, depending on your sales.
What will you do:
- You will consult clients on car, home, life, health, travel and business insurance issues.
- You will find out the client's needs, compare the offers of several insurance companies and offer the most suitable solution that meets the client's needs.
- You will take care of existing clients: remind them about expiring contracts and offer to extend them.
- You will look for new clients and grow your client portfolio.
- You will negotiate terms with insurance companies and formalize contracts.
Employee requirements
- For a broker: an insurance broker license. An assistant does not need a license.
- You know how to listen to the client and clearly explain the terms of the insurance.
- You work independently and plan your own work.
- You work carefully with details: every number and every clause of the rules is important in an insurance contract.
- You are comfortable working with a computer.
- Experience in an insurance brokerage company or in insurance sales would be an advantage.
