Insurance Broker Assistant

Consult existing and new clients on various insurance issues;

Analyze client needs and provide individual insurance offers;

Prepare and administer insurance contracts, take care of their renewal;

Cooperate with insurance companies, compare their offers, negotiate terms;

Collect, systematize and analyze insurance-related information;

Ensure high quality customer service and long-term relationships;

Develop client portfolio.

Higher or higher education;

Advantage – work with insurance products or brokerage activities;

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills;

Ability to work independently and responsibly manage your working time;

Result orientation and strong motivation to achieve set goals;

Good command of Lithuanian (written and oral); English or Russian – an advantage;

IT literacy;

Impeccable reputation and honesty.

Working hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

1300 €/mon. net
Discussed during the interview, taking into account competencies.
