Nature of work
- Ordering, monitoring, renewing and administering compulsory civil liability and CASCO insurance contracts;
- Administration of traffic accidents and insured events: collecting information and documents, communicating with insurers, administering insurance cases and ensuring receipt of benefits;
- Entering information and documents into the company's database;
- Cooperation with insurance brokers and insurance companies;
- Consulting drivers, managers and other colleagues on insurance and traffic accident administration issues;
- Analysis of traffic accidents, preparing reports, assessing trends, providing conclusions and proposals to management;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of Russian (necessary for everyday communication);
- English language skills at least B2 level;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience;
- Independence, responsibility, ability to manage and improve processes, ensure high-quality and timely completion of tasks;
- Good communication and constructive problem-solving skills;
- Good computer literacy and MS Office skills;
- Ability to effectively use artificial intelligence (AI) tools is an advantage.
