- Analyzing the financial situation of clients, identifying their needs and creating individual capital protection and accumulation plans based on the design principle;
- Active networking in the market, searching for new opportunities and strategically shaping your personal client portfolio;
- Long-term partnerships with clients, helping them make important financial decisions at different stages of their lives;
- Continuous in-depth study of financial market trends, legal regulations, and application of the most advanced sales strategies.

- Excellent active listening skills, ability to see the situation through the client's eyes and naturally gain people's trust;
- Fluently, boldly and structuredly expressed thoughts, ability not to be afraid of contradictions and to substantiate your proposals with arguments;
- Progressive approach, ability to adopt the best practices of the financial world and quick adaptation to new tools and methodologies.
