Nature of work:
- Active search for new clients;
- Presentation and sale of insurance products;
- Analysis of client needs and selection of the most suitable solutions;
- Preparation of commercial offers and negotiations;
- Maintenance and development of client relationships;
- Administration of client data in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship building skills;
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service would be an advantage, but the most important thing is motivation to learn and achieve results;
- Experience in the transport and logistics sector would be an advantage;
- Ability to quickly absorb information and clearly present products and services;
- Initiative, result orientation and responsibility;
- Good knowledge of English.
