Description of responsibilities:
Becoming a part of BTA, we will entrust you with:
- Consulting clients and presenting the best, most suitable insurance offer;
- Sale of non-life insurance services (transport, CASCO, property, personal insurance, etc.) to existing and new clients;
- Preparation and administration of insurance offers and contracts;
- Active search for new customers.

When you join BTA, we will ensure:
Remuneration system:
1300 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
+monthly bonus up to 400 € for sales results;
+Up to 125% of one month's fixed salary annual bonus for company results.
After a year of successful work as a junior specialist, excellent career opportunities will open up for you: moving to a higher position with a higher fixed salary and an unlimited incentive system.
TERM-TERM POSITION.
- You are communicative, result-oriented;
- You are able to quickly absorb information and use it;
- You are motivated and want to become a professional in the insurance field;
- You know how to work with a computer (Word, email);
- You speak and write Lithuanian correctly.
