Insurance Specialist (contract renewal and customer retention)

An insurance specialist is responsible for communicating with clients, renewing their insurance contracts, administering them, offering the most suitable solution, and selling them. An important part of the job will be not only renewing contracts, but also understanding the client's needs: assessing during the interview what additional insurance coverage may be relevant to the client and offering them value-creating solutions. You will renew the company's private clients' expiring insurance contracts by phone and e-mail.
You will conduct sales to existing clients and perform other related administrative tasks.
You will collect information related to or supplementing the client's insurance needs and provide the most appropriate solution.
You will provide high-quality service, consult and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

You are motivated to work in the field of sales and customer service.
You are proactive, disciplined and have good time management skills.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You speak and write Lithuanian correctly, you can communicate in English.
You have very good skills in working with MS Office programs.

Experience working in the field of sales and/or customer service as an advantage.

Monthly salary of 1900 – 2100 EUR excluding taxes. The specific salary will be offered to the selected candidate taking into account his/her skills and competence. The monthly salary is supplemented by an annual bonus depending on the results.
