Insurance Manager in the Portfolio Maintenance Group

The Business Clients Department is looking for a team member to join the team responsible for maintaining customer contracts.

In this position, you will be an important part of the project that ensures a smooth transition of customers and insurance contracts to ERGO. Your work will help ensure data accuracy, process quality and a good customer experience during changes.

What will you do?

• You will prepare and administer the transfer of insurance contracts to the ERGO system.
• You will analyze and check the quality of insurance contracts and ensure data accuracy.
• I will cooperate with other departments of the Company to ensure a smooth contract migration process.
• You will work with partner inquiries: analyze insurance needs and prepare individual proposals.
• You will consult partners on insurance solutions.
• You will contribute to the improvement and efficiency of processes.

Salary: €1,700 - €2,300/month. excluding taxes
