Salary: 1400 - 3000 €/month excluding taxes. The salary consists of a fixed part and a bonus part depending on the results.
- You will be responsible for selling non-life insurance products to private or business clients and organizations
- You will prepare, administer and update insurance offers and contracts
- You will manage and maintain a customer database
- You will maintain long-term relationships with clients, consult them on insurance issues and help them find the most suitable solutions according to their needs
- You will actively contribute to the development of the client portfolio and the growth of the company
You will be great if:
- You are an excellent communicator, able to plan, organize your work, have negotiation and sales skills
- You have experience in sales or insurance (an advantage, but not a necessity)
- You have experience working with "cold" calls (an advantage)
- You are proactive, positive, result-oriented and willing to learn and improve
- You are a final-year student or have already graduated – your motivation and desire to grow are the most important
