Your responsibilities:

  • Register and administer customer insurance claims in our system
  • Serve customers by phone, answering questions about the repair status of their devices
  • Administer invoices received during device repairs
  • Consult with employees of our partners (retail electronics stores) by phone and email

What do we expect from you?

  • You have work experience in customer service or telesales. Experience working remotely via email, online chat or phone is required
  • You like to communicate, solve challenges and lend a helping hand
  • You have a sense of responsibility and are attentive to details
  • Lithuanian language skills at least C2, and English language skills at least B1 level - essential
  • Other languages Italian, German, French, Latvian, Russian, Estonian, Spanish - a big advantage
  • If you are interested in or know about electronic devices (e.g. computers, phones, household appliances) - great! If not - we will teach you everything

The company offers you:

  • Salary: 1600–2000 EUR gross. (working 40 h per week)
  • Up to 10% bonus for achieved results, awarded once a quarter

  • Possibility to work remotely, after training in a live office (training duration about 2 weeks). Possibility to work in a live office (Spaudos g. 6, Vilnius), if you prefer.

Important!

Not only candidates living in Vilnius can apply – if you live in another city, you would need to come to the Vilnius office during the training, but you could work remotely afterwards. The team would expect you to visit the office in person from time to time, so we are looking for someone who values teamwork.
