Druskininkai Cultural Center is looking for a creative, proactive and knowledgeable manager who would not only coordinate the activities of the Crafts Center “Menų kalvė”, but also create an attractive, lively and visitor-engaging exhibition and creative experience space.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Create an attractive exhibition program, curate expositions and take care of their presentation to visitors. Initiate and organize exhibitions, artistic campaigns, creative camps, education and other cultural events.
- Cooperate with artists, folk artists, creators and cultural organizations. Coordinate the activities of residents operating at the center, promote the integration of their services, education and creative initiatives into the general offer of “Menų kalvė” activities.
- Prepare cultural projects, attract partners and seek new forms of financing.
- Ensure the publicity of “Menų kalvė” activities and attract visitors.

- Have a higher education in art, cultural management or a related field.
