About the Druskininkai Balloon
Druskininkai Balloon is a new, unique and eagerly awaited entertainment at the Druskininkai station, which will soon open its doors. An impressive helium balloon with a diameter of 30 meters, tied to a pole, rising from the inside of the building, will give even 30 resort guests and residents the opportunity to see Druskininkai from a height of 200 meters at the same time.
If you are not afraid of heights, like to communicate with people, are responsible and want to work in a completely exclusive place in the resort - we invite you to become part of the newly formed Druskininkai Balloon team.
Previous experience in similar work is not necessary. We will provide all the necessary preparation - specialized training will take place in France, we will take care of other necessary training, qualifications and all licenses required for work.

In this job you will:
- you will control the balloon and its equipment;
- you will be responsible for the smooth and safe take-off and landing of the balloon;
- you will perform the scheduled inspections of the balloon and equipment before each flight;
- you will monitor weather and flight-relevant conditions and make decisions according to established safety procedures;
- you will ensure the safe boarding and disembarkation of visitors;
- you will communicate with visitors and help them prepare for the flight;
- you will maintain the balloon and its equipment in accordance with the established technical and operational requirements;
- together with the team, you will take care of the smooth daily operations of the Druskininkai Balloon.
We hope you:
- you are not afraid of heights and feel confident working in them;
- you are responsible, attentive and able to strictly adhere to safety requirements;
- you are able to quickly navigate the situation and calmly make decisions;
- you have experience in customer service;
- you like to communicate with people and have good communication skills;
- you are able to work independently and in a team;
- you have computer skills;
- you speak English;
- knowledge of Polish, German or Russian would be an advantage.
We do not require experience in operating a helium balloon - we will teach you everything you need for this job.

The station's unique highlight is the Druskininkai Balloon, the only helium balloon in Lithuania that rises directly from inside the building and allows you to look at the resort from a height of 150-200 meters. We are creating a new symbol of Druskininkai and assembling a team that wants to grow together with this unique project.
