What will you do after joining us?
- You will instruct and consult employees and managers, and oversee the safety culture in daily activities at the project site in Finland.
- You will prepare, complete and adapt employee safety, environmental protection and fire safety documents in accordance with legal acts and client requirements.
- You will create and adapt instruction and training materials in accordance with the safety standards specified by the client.
- You will analyze occupational risk factors, continuously assess workplaces and plan and control preventive measures.
- You will contribute to the efficiency of the company's OSH processes, record safety violations and initiate corrective actions.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge and work experience in the fields of occupational safety, environmental protection and fire safety.
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate (mandatory according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania).
- VCA-VOL certificate (advantage).
- Good knowledge of English – both oral and written – for daily communication with the client and filling out documentation.
- Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish or Russian will be considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to work smoothly with the MS Office package.
- High sense of responsibility, independence and diligence – ability to react quickly and make decisions in a dynamic project environment.
- Flexibility, result orientation and ability to communicate effectively with both employees of different levels and with customer representatives.
