What will you do after joining us?
- You will consult managers and employees on occupational safety, health, environmental protection and fire safety issues and contribute to strengthening a safe work culture in the company.
- You will prepare, administer and maintain project documentation in accordance with the requirements of clients, international projects and legal acts, in close cooperation with project managers and clients in Lithuania and abroad.
- You will supervise and update the company's DSSA procedures, procedures and instructions, ensuring their compliance with changes in legal acts and business needs.
- You will organize occupational risk assessments, conduct internal audits and plan and control the implementation of preventive measures.
- You will organize employee briefings and training, prepare training materials and ensure their relevance for different projects and clients.
- You will participate in incident investigations, provide recommendations and contribute to improving safety processes and operational efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge and work experience in the areas of occupational safety and health, environmental protection and fire safety.
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate (III economic activity group according to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania).
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards: auditor qualification, fire safety, first aid or civil protection certificates would be an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Good knowledge of English and the ability to prepare documentation and communicate smoothly with foreign clients.
- Proactive approach to occupational safety, a sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute to the creation of a safe working environment.
- Independence, diligence and the ability to make decisions quickly in a dynamic project environment.
- Flexibility, result orientation and strong communication skills when working with employees of different levels, managers and client representatives.
