We are looking for a Gas Boiler and Gas Facility Maintenance Technician to join our technical maintenance team and be responsible for the maintenance of gas and heating equipment in commercial and residential properties in Vilnius and the Vilnius district.
Your main tasks:
- Technical maintenance of gas systems in commercial and residential buildings;
- Maintenance of various types of gas boilers - condensing, atmospheric, combined;
- Cleaning, regulation of boilers, checking gas pressure;
- Exhaust gas analysis and adjustment of equipment parameters;
- Diagnostics, elimination and minor repairs of gas boilers;
- Scheduled technical maintenance, prevention and minor repairs of heating points;
- Filling in gas and heat system maintenance documentation;
- Prompt response to technical failures and their elimination in facilities.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher technical or vocational education;
- Electrical safety VK certificate;
- Heat industry and gas equipment operation certificate;
- Category B driver's license;
- Experience in technical maintenance or building operation;
- Responsibility and diligence;
- Ability to independently plan work and solve technical problems;
- Polite and professional communication with customers.

- Salary: €3000–3200 gross/month.
