Your working day:
- Team formation and daily management;
- Organization of the process of entering customers and orders into the system;
- Ensuring order verification using AI solutions;
- Data accuracy, completeness and quality control;
- Coordination of the correction of missing or incorrect information with managers;
- Ensuring verification of customer document needs;
- Control of order preparation and dispatch;
- Analysis of recurring errors and process improvement;
- Setting team KPIs and monitoring results;
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in logistics, transport, administration or operations;
- Ability to create and standardize processes;
- Very good attention to detail and data quality;
- Ability to analyze errors and make decisions;
- Good skills in working with Excel and systems;
- Knowledge of English or another language would be an advantage;
- Experience working with Abona or another TMS system would be an advantage;
