We will trust you:
- Entering and updating data in company systems according to established rules;
- Checking data quality: accuracy, completeness, compliance with formats and identification of duplicates, etc.;
- Collaborating with colleagues in resolving data inconsistencies and correcting records.
We hope you:
- Have good computer literacy skills (Excel / Google Sheets); an advantage if you have worked with business systems (ERP, etc.)
- You are attentive to details, meticulous and responsible when working with data;
- Have (or want to gain) an understanding of data structure, codes, classifications and data management principles;
- Are able to work with larger amounts of data and find inconsistencies (e.g. filtering, sorting);
- Have good communication skills and are not afraid to ask questions when data or rules need to be clarified;
- Can devote time to practice on an agreed schedule (e.g. 0.5–1 full-time), combining with studies.
