Data Administration Specialist

Job Description

• You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of product and supplier information in the company's internal systems
• You will actively cooperate with sales, logistics and other departments, ensuring effective information dissemination and process synchronization
• You will independently perform various tasks related to sales and administration delegated by the department head, contributing to the overall success of the department
• Performing other tasks assigned by the department head

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education
• Knowledge of English (at least B2 level), German - an advantage
• Experience working with data administration/entry/analysis
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel (experience working with Google Sheets - an advantage)
• Work experience in sales or administration - an advantage
• Responsibility, diligence and attentiveness
