OBJECTIVE:
Position responsibilities include Bank sales analysis, marketing campaign effectiveness research, process improvement analyses, work with databases of various sizes, reliability assessments of potential suppliers and partners.
- You will work with SQL developer/ Power BI/ Power Automate programs and create automatic reports, process data, provide their results and insights based on the conclusions;
- You will perform marketing and sales campaign effectiveness analyses and create diagrams, graphs or other visualizations related to sales, marketing and other data;
- You will collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, IT and other departments;
- You will perform data analyses based on ad-hoc requests from colleagues;
- You will perform reliability assessments of new and existing Bank partners and suppliers.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- Economics, econometrics, mathematics or similar education;
- Experience working with SQL/Oracle SQL (required);
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Analytical skills and work experience working with large information flows;
- Knowledge of the principles of financial services provision, interest in the country's macroeconomics;
- Work experience in the financial services market (will be considered an advantage);
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau or similar programs (will be considered an advantage).

- 2300 - 2900 EUR monthly salary (excluding taxes).
