Nature of work
We are looking for a data analyst to join the group of companies and be responsible for the entire data chain - from collection, structuring to the creation of advanced analytical reports and generation of insights.
In this position, you will work with data from various business areas (rent, visitor flows, sales, marketing, finance) and actively contribute to decision-making.
Main responsibilities:
Creation, development and maintenance of Power BI reports;
Data modeling, automation and integration from different sources (Excel, databases, internal systems);
Analysis of tenant sales, visitor flows and occupancy;
Preparation of financial and commercial reports (turnover, debts, deposits, electricity, etc.);
Analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness and data preparation;
Preparation and sending of regular (monthly) reports to interested parties;
Preparation of forecasts (sales, visitors, inflation);
Data quality assurance and control;
Maintenance and customization of internal databases (e.g. Access);
Providing ad-hoc analyses, insights to management and other teams;
Preparing/providing data to external parties (e.g. media).

Requirements
Solid experience with Power BI (reporting, DAX, data modeling);
Good Excel skills (processing large amounts of data);
Ability to work with different data sources and integrate them;
Analytical thinking and ability to clearly present insights;
Independence and sense of responsibility in managing data processes.
Advantages:
